原研では、軽水炉配管の寿命中における健全性ならびに破断前漏洩に関する実証試験の一環として配管の不安定破壊試験を実施している。この試験では、3インチ、6インチおよび12インチ口径の貫通または未貫通欠陥付きステンレス鋼配管および炭素鋼配管を供試体に使用し、4点曲げ荷重下における破壊挙動を調べている。本報では、得られた配管試験データに基づいて、実断面応力基準の適用性、き裂開口面積評価、配管の安定性評価等を検討した。
